At Altra Running, we stand behind our products and offer a 30-day trial period to ensure your new gear meets your performance needs. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
